ORC Fishing & Food Processing Ltd.(Nigeria) is a group company of Ireland based TGI Group. ORC is dedicated to Shrimp/Fish Trawling and Processing of Shrimp for Export. The Trawling and Shrimp Processing is carried out under Modern Industrial Infrastructure, with Modern and fully equipped Trawlers and highly qualified professionals under strict Quality Control. Our long experience of nearly 12 years allows us to bring the best seafoods from our coast to many countries in Europe and America. Our Mission is to provide quality goods and services to our customers. OUR DIVISIONS

OPERATIONS OF DEEP SEA TRAWLERS:
Our fleet is made up of 13 ultra-modern and fully equipped trawlers each with a fish hold capacity of 40 metric tons. The quality of our products begins from the time of sorting the catches onboard the vessels. The products are sorted into suitable species and sizes without causing physical damage to them, packed according to grades and quick frozen on board the vessel. This onboard processing minimizes handling time and ensures quality "Fresh Frozen Products".

COLD ROOM:
On shore we are having Cold Room storage facility of 800 tons. The frozen products from the vessels are promptly loaded into the cold rooms, which maintains a minimum temperature of -20 degrees centigrade and are exported within two weeks from the date of landing.

SHRIMP PROCESSING PLANT (S.P.P)
Our Processing Plant which is set up as per EU standards is having an installed Processing Capacity of 5 tons Raw Materials per day. We process all types of Peeled Shrimps, Cuttle fish, Sole and Crab legs.

MARKETING:

Our products command a premium price in the Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch and French markets. We export 1000 metric tons of shrimps per year.
